These terms are the agreement between you and ONCECAST LTD ("OnceCast", "we", "us") for using OnceCast at oncecast.app. By creating an account or using OnceCast you agree to them. Please read them — they're written to be understood.

OnceCast is a tool that helps creators manage comments, cut videos into clips, and publish and schedule posts to connected social platforms, with AI-assisted drafting. Some features depend on third-party platforms and may change or become unavailable if those platforms change their own services.
If you're a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service. By starting to use a paid plan straight away, you agree that the service begins immediately and understand that you lose that right once the service has been fully provided. This doesn't affect your other statutory rights.
You own your content — your videos, captions, posts and everything else you create or upload. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to provide OnceCast to you, for example to cut a clip, draft a reply, or publish a post you've scheduled. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload or publish through OnceCast.
When you connect YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Bluesky or Mastodon, you must follow that platform's own terms, and OnceCast's access is also governed by them.
OnceCast uses YouTube API Services. By using OnceCast, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
AI suggestions — replies, captions, titles, clip picks, newsletters and content plans — are drafts. They can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you approve or publish it, and for what you publish.
You agree not to use OnceCast to:
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
We work to keep OnceCast running reliably, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll tell you in advance.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, lost profits, or loss of data or content caused by third-party platforms, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
If you are a consumer, these limits don't affect your statutory rights, including your right to a service provided with reasonable care and skill.
You can stop using OnceCast and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When your account ends, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll tell you in advance by email or in the app. The latest version is always on this page.
